Went to Northwest Branch to get a few pictures on the south side of the river yesterday, and looking across the river it seemed like the snow was mostly gone in the main areas.
In the photo below, you can see the Suspended boulder area (not yet covered on this blog) in the foreground, with the Pyramid and Anklebiter boulders near the large tree in the center, and Gumdrop,
Crack Line, and Uphill Slab in the background. It's hard to appreciate how much rock is really there until you see it from across the river!
